Comodo Antivirus Mac

Before installing the Comodo Antivirus on your Mac computer, check the system requirements to avoid compatibility issues.
Connect your Mac computer to the local wireless or wired network and open your Safari browser.
Navigate to the official Comodo site and download the antivirus that suits your Mac computer.
Make sure to remove the previously installed antivirus on your Mac to prevent the installation errors in the future.
After downloading the installer file for Comodo Antivirus, navigate to the Downloads folder.
Give a double-click on the installer file to run the Installation Wizard.
In the Installer window, select your language from the drop-down menu and click OK.
Read the End User License Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the “I accept” button.
Enter your email address in the required field for the product registration and click Next.
In the Confirmation dialogue box, click the Install button.
Wait for a few minutes, and the installation will complete when the loading bar ends.

If the installation is completed, click the Finish button.

Now, restart your Mac computer and activate Comodo Antivirus for real-time protection.

Open the Comodo Antivirus software by clicking the CAV icon displayed on the taskbar.

In the Comodo Antivirus window, click the Scan Now button to scan your Mac files and folders for malware.

Once it is launched for the first time, the Comodo Antivirus application will appear automatically in the Dock panel.

If it is not displayed on the Dock panel, give a double-click on Macintosh HD on your Mac desktop.

Click the Applications tab and open the Comodo folder.

Now, click and drag the Comodo Antivirus icon and place it on the Dock panel to access it easily from your Mac desktop.
