  • Ensure that you don’t have any other antivirus software installed on your computer.

  • If you are having an outdated version of Kaspersky, update it to the latest version.
  • Now, click the Settings icon from the Start menu.

  • Click the Search icon near to the Start menu, type Device Manager, and open it.
  • Locate the Graphics card driver and right-click on it to select Uninstall.
  • Now, restart your computer and reinstall the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  • If you don’t have sufficient storage space on your hard drive, back up your files, and free up some storage space.
  • Open the Disk Cleanup window and select your main driver. Then, click OK.
