How to Uninstall Kaspersky from Mac? [2 Simple methods]

Method-1

On your Mac device, go to the Status menu at the top-right end and click on the Kaspersky icon.

The list of shortcut menus are displayed, select the Quit option.

Open the Kaspersky installation file that had been saved on the Mac.

In the Kaspersky window, click the Uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security icon.

Click the Uninstall button to perform the uninstallation.

If your Mac prompts for the administrator Username and Password, enter the details and click OK.

Complete the uninstallation steps and click the Quit button.

Method-2

Launch the Kaspersky application on the dock and minimize the application.
Right-click the Kaspersky application icon and click Quit.
Now, click the Go menu from the Apple menu bar.
Choose the Computer from the given list of options.
A window appears, search for the Activity Monitor and select the suggested menu.
Open the Activity monitor, all the apps on the Mac will be listed.
Find the Kaspersky application, click on the Kaspersky name, and select the Stop icon at the top-left corner of the window.
When a pop-up window appears, click Force Quit.
Now, click the Go menu again and then select the Applications option.
From the apps list, right-click on the Kaspersky menu and choose Move to Trash.
When the Mac device requests, enter the administrator User name and Password to proceed.
Next, you have to restart the device.
In case Kaspersky is not removed, then continue with the steps below.
Again, select the Computer option in the Go menu on the dock.
Search for Kaspersky and then find the Kaspersky application, installation, and uninstallation files.
Right-click the Kaspersky file and click the Move to Trash option.
Open the Trash folder and permanently delete the Kaspersky file present. Right-click the file and then click Empty Trash.
