How To Fix Em Client Connection Failed Issue?

eM Client is one of the best applications which can run on your Windows and Mac devices. The application enables its user to send and receive emails and also allows managing calendar and contacts at ease. Despite its vast features, the eM Client users have also faced several issues. Solution 1: Disable antivirus

To fix the problem, check whether the eM Client is added to the exclusions list in the antivirus and firewall applications on your system. Otherwise, disable the antivirus on the system temporarily. To do that, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1:Locate and right-click the antivirus icon on the system tray and select Disable.
  • Step 2:Otherwise, select the Start menu in your system and go to Settings.
  • Step 3:Choose to Update and Security followed by the Windows Security option.
  • Step 4:Choose the Virus and Threat Protection option and turn Off the Real-time Protection toggle. 
  • Step 5:Now, try to launch eM Client on your device.

Solution 2: Reinstall the application

First, you need to uninstall the previously installed application, as given below:

  • Step 1:Navigate to Settings on your computer and select Apps.
  • Step 2:Right-click on the eM Client application and choose Uninstall from the drop-down list.
  • Step 3:Restart your Windows computer.
  • Step 4:Download and install eM Client from its official site.
