Step 1: Uninstall Norton360 on your previous device

Download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool on your computer.

Agree to the License terms and carry-on with the on-screen instructions.

Click Advanced > Remove Only > Remove > Restart Now.

The Norot360 application has been successfully removed from your computer.

Step 2: Transfer your license to another device

You can transfer the Norton 360 license to another computer; here are the steps to remove your previous device's user license and transfer it to your new computer.

Sign to your Norot360 account and go to the Device Security page.
Pick the device that you no longer want to protect.
Select the More options icon below the device followed by Manage License. You'll be directed to the Manage Licenses page.
Select Remove License on the Manage License page and click Next.
Confirm your selection if asked. The device is now no longer protected, and it is successfully removed from the Device Security page.

Select the Install Now button if you are already on the new device to which you want to transfer your Norton license.
If it is a different device, click the Send a download link button.
