  • Open the Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 application.
  • Click the Settings button followed by the Additional tab.
  • Select the Network option.
  • Go to the Encrypted connections scanning section.
  • Click the Radio button beside the Always scan encrypted connections option.
  • Now, click the Manage Exclusions command line.
  • Click the Add button.
  • In the field below the Common Name section, type the certificate details, and click Active.
  • Now, in the Network settings window, enable the Monitor all network ports option. Click the Done button.
  • Now, check if you’re able to access your Gmail account.

Similarly, if the Kaspersky Internet Security software blocks one specific web page, then perform the simple step-by-step instructions given below to unblock it.

  • On your computer, launch the Kaspersky Internet Security application.
  • Click Settings > Protection Center > Web Anti-Virus > Advanced Settings > Configure Trusted Web Pages > Add.
  • In the given field, type the web page(s) URL code that you want to unblock.
  • After entering the URL code(s), select the Active option by clicking the radio button beside it.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Now, close KIS and try to access the unblocked website.
