To deactivate the Mail Intercept in Kaspersky Internet Security 2018, follow the instructions given below.
- Open the Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 application.
- Click the Settings button followed by the Additional tab.
- Select the Network option.
- Go to the Encrypted connections scanning section.
- Click the Radio button beside the Always scan encrypted connections option.
- Now, click the Manage Exclusions command line.
- Click the Add button.
- In the field below the Common Name section, type the certificate details, and click Active.
- Now, in the Network settings window, enable the Monitor all network ports option. Click the Done button.
- Now, check if you’re able to access your Gmail account.
