The following steps can help you to download and install the Kaspersky Internet Security software on Windows 8 computer;
To download:
- Open the web browser on the Windows computer, and visit the official Kaspersky website.
- Next, navigate to the Downloads section and select the Kaspersky Internet Security version, which is compatible with Windows 8.
- Click Download Now to download the Kaspersky software on the system.
To install:
- Find the Kaspersky file which you downloaded on the system and double-click the Kaspersky file to run the installation.
- When the Kaspersky Internet Security window shows up, read the End User License Agreement and then click the Continue button.
- Tick the checkbox of the I want to participate in Kaspersky Security Network to participate optimal protection for my computer menu and select Install.
- If the system asks for User Account Control, then choose Yes to allow the installation.
- Suppose you have already installed Kaspersky on the computer, the installation window prompts to remove the old Kaspersky software version.
- Select the software in the window, then click Remove selected to erase the software on the system.
- After the Kaspersky software installation is complete, select the Finish menu.
