Kaspersky Rescue Disk Not Working

Step 1

  • Start your computer with Kaspersky Rescue Disk.
  • When you see the Press ESC to load Kaspersky Rescue Disk message on the screen, press the Esc key on the keyboard.

Step 2

  • Choose your language and then press the Enter key.

Step 3

  • Choose the Hardware Info option and press Enter.

Step 4

  • Select the Save option at the bottom.
  • Press the Enter key.

Step 5

  • Connect a USB drive to the computer.
  • In the Saving hardware information dialog box, select the OK option.
  • Press Enter to continue.

Step 6

  • Choose the connected USB drive, select the OK option, and press Enter.

Step 7

  • You have to select a directory to write the file containing the computer’s hardware information.
  • Once done, select OK and press the Enter key.

Step 8

  • Select Yes and press Enter twice.

Step 9

Copy the file that contains the computer’s hardware information from the USB drive.

Step 10

  • Provide this to the Kaspersky support team for resolving the problem.
