How to fix Kaspersky Rescue Disk Not Working issue?

Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 is a bootable disk for eliminating threats that interfere with your computer’s OS. Sometimes, you might have a problem with Kaspersky Rescue Disk. For example, when you try to launch Kaspersky Rescue Disk in graphic mode, you might not be able to start your computer. Kaspersky Rescue Disk Not Working issue mainly occurs due to the hardware of your computer may not be supported. For this, you should know the detailed information about your computer’s hardware. To know how to find the computer’s hardware information, refer to the following steps.

Step 1

Start your computer with Kaspersky Rescue Disk.

When you see the Press ESC to load Kaspersky Rescue Disk message on the screen, press the Esc key on the keyboard.

Step 2

Choose your language and then press the Enter key.

Step 3

Choose the Hardware Info option and press Enter.

Step 4

Select the Save option at the bottom.

Press the Enter key.

Step 5

Connect a USB drive to the computer.
In the Saving hardware information dialog box, select the OK option.
Press Enter to continue.

Step 6

Choose the connected USB drive, select the OK option, and press Enter.

Step 7

You have to select a directory to write the file containing the computer’s hardware information.
Once done, select OK and press the Enter key.

Step 8

Select Yes and press Enter twice.

Step 9

Copy the file that contains the computer’s hardware information from the USB drive.

Step 10

Provide this to the Kaspersky support team for resolving the problem.
