To control these spam mails, you can use the spam filtering feature of Norton 360. By default, spam protection remains active in Norton 360. But you can use the toggle switch to turn on or off the spam filtering feature. Follow the below steps to make the necessary changes to your Norton 360 antivirus software.

Steps To Turn Off Or Turn On Spam Filtering:

Note: Norton is fully compatible with the latest network devices and provides solutions for Android, Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.

  • Open your Norton 360 software.
  • In the main window of the software, click the Settings icon.
  • In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.
  • Click the Filter tab. Next, move the On/Off switch to turn on or turn off the spam filter.
  • However, you can select the time or period during which you want to turn off spam filtering.
  • Once you have made the necessary changes, click Apply followed by the OK button.
  • Finally, press the Close button.

Note: If you are sure that an email address and domain are safe to use, then you can add them to the Allowed list.

Follow the below steps to make the required changes on your Norton 360 antivirus software.

  • Start the Norton 360 application.
  • Click the Settings icon.
  • In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.
  • Under the Filter tab, click Configure.
  • In the Allowed List window, click Add.
  • Enter the email address and domain address in the Add Email Address dialog box.
  • Optionally, you can add the sender name and domain name.
  • Once you have entered the above details, click the OK button.
  • In the Allowed List window, click Apply to save the changes.
  • Finally, click the OK button.
