- Turn on your Windows 10 computer.
- First, Download Norton Antivirus and install it on your computer.
- Click the search bar on the desktop screen and type Norton.
- The search result will show the Norton application.
- Perform a double-click to open the Norton Antivirus application.
- In the My Norton window, click the Open button next to Device Security.
- Click the Settings Window, then click the Firewall option.
- Click the General Settings tab and scroll down to the Firewall option.
- Click the slider to turn Off the option.
- Click the Apply button.
