Restart your computer and run LiveUpdate
- Exit from all the programs running on your Mac and restart your computer.
- You can find the My Norton window next to Device Security. Click Open.
- In the Norton main window, double click Security and select LiveUpdate.

- You need to run LiveUpdate until you get the message “your Norton product has the latest protection updates.”
