Solution 1: Reboot your Mac computer

  • If you’re encountering this issue for the first time, then restart your computer and check if LiveUpdate is working.
  • Close all the existing applications on your Mac computer.
  • Now, restart the Mac computer.

Solution 2: Run LiveUpdate

  • Launch the Norton application.
  • Open the Security screen.
  • Locate and click on the LiveUpdate option.
  • Now, the update process will be initiated.
  • Once the update process is complete, click the OK button.
