Solution 1: Reboot your Mac computer

If you’re encountering this issue for the first time, then restart your computer and check if LiveUpdate is working.

Close all the existing applications on your Mac computer.

Now, restart the Mac computer.

Solution 2: Run LiveUpdate

Launch the Norton application.
Open the Security screen.
Locate and click on the LiveUpdate option.
Now, the update process will be initiated.

Once the update process is complete, click the OK button.

Once the utility is uninstalled, restart your Mac if prompted.
