Method 1: Stop auto-renewal via Digital River provider services
- On your computer, go to the Digital River provider website.
- Enter your email address and the last four digits of your bank card you used at the time of purchase and click Find Order.
- Alternatively, you can also enter your order number and the password provided at the time of confirmation. Click Find Order.
- Under the Subscription details window, click Cancel.
- Select the Checkout. button. The license auto-renewal will be canceled automatically.
