Method 1: Stop auto-renewal via Digital River provider services

  • On your computer, go to the Digital River provider website.
  • Enter your email address and the last four digits of your bank card you used at the time of purchase and click Find Order.
  • Alternatively, you can also enter your order number and the password provided at the time of confirmation. Click Find Order.
  • Under the Subscription details window, click Cancel.
  • Select the Checkout. button. The license auto-renewal will be canceled automatically.

Method 2: Stop auto-renewal via Kaspersky account

  • Launch Kaspersky and log in to your My Kaspersky account.
  • Click on the Licenses tab and select Details.
  • Turn OFF the auto-renewal and specific any reason for it in the description box.
  • Click the Turn-OFF Auto-Renewal button. The license auto-renewal will be canceled automatically.
