Norton Antivirus offers the Auto-Renewal service that will automatically renew your product’s subscription before it expires. Doing so will prevent the risk of losing your Norton protection. If you wish to renew your subscription manually, you can turn off Auto Renewal Norton account service.
To do so, follow the quick steps given on this page.
- First, verify whether you have a stable internet connection on your computer.
- Close your Norton antivirus software if it is already running.
- Next, open the default browser and navigate to the official Norton site.
- On the Welcome to My Norton screen, click the Sign In button.
- Type in your login credentials in the required fields.
- Once entered, click the Sign In button to access your Norton account.
- Once you have logged in to your Norton account successfully, click the My Norton menu available on the top of the screen.
- Select the Automatic Renewal Settings option from the drop-down list.
- Now, the list of Norton products registered with your Norton account will be displayed on the screen.
- You can view the Automatic Renewal service enabled for your product with a green checkmark.
- Toggle off the Automatic Renewal button next to your Norton product.
- If prompted, click the Turn off button located at the bottom of the Automatic Renewal screen.
- When it is turned off, a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Note down the expiry date for your product and click the Close button.
- Now, the Automatic Renewal button will turn red.
