Disabling the McAfee Antivirus program
- Note: If the McAfee antivirus program is compatible with the updated Windows OS version, disable McAfee and then update Windows 10.
- Click the Start icon or press the Win key on the keyboard.
- Type ‘mcafee’ in the Windows search bar and select your McAfee antivirus program from the search results.
- Navigate to the PC Security tab and select the Real-Time Scanning option.
